Planet Soap Policies, Terms and Conditions
This website is owned and operated by Planet Soap. The following information sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information abour Planet Soap and the opportunity to purchase our products. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. these terms may be updated from time to time so please revisit at intervals and ensure you have understood and are in agreement with the current terms and conditions.
Postage
Planet Soap ships anywhere within the UK* using Royal Mail First Class postage. We currently charge £4.20 flat rate for any order. We will email you when we receive your order, and again when we have posted your order.
We are a small business in a rural area, and while we aim to post your orders within a day or two, it may occasionally take a little longer, so please allow 7 days from ordering for postage. If your parcel still has not arrived within this time please contact info@planetsoap.co.uk
Please make sure the address you give us is your current address as we do not refund for orders sent to the wrong address, if it is the address that was on your order. However if you contact us as soon as possible at info@planetsoap.co.uk with an updated address, we will happily change the address, if we catch your message in time and the parcel has not already been sent.

Refunds/ returns
Your Planet Soap order is carefully packaged and should reach you in perfect condition. If there is damage to it, or a fault with a product, or missing goods, please contact us at info@planetsoap.co.uk within seven days of receipt, with details of the problem, and photographs, and we will arrange for a refund to the card your bought it with, or a replacement if you prrefer, and we will pay additional postage costs.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, please contact us at info@planetsoap.co.uk . We will replace or issue a refund for an undamaged item in a re-saleable condition, sent back with its original wrapper. Planet Soap will not be liable for additional postage costs if the product is not damaged or faulty.

Cancellation or amendment of order
Please contact us at info@planetsoap.co.uk as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend your order and if we catch your message before the order has been sent we will offer a full refund or replacement.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us and we will not sell, lease or pass on your details to third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law.
We do not regularly send out promotional or other information to customers but we may hold onto your contact details for occasional information or promotional materials relating to Planet Soap products only, sent to the email address you provide.
We may hold onto your personal details and detail of your orders for our own internal records and sales analysis.
To keep your information secure we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to keep all information gathered safe.
If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent/ guardian's permission before providing us with any personal information.
